1/4 cup of olive oil
Juice of quarter of a lemon
Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt or to taste

Pour mixture into a bowl.
Finely Chop a small bunch of chives and stir through, saving a small amount to garnish and serve.

Frozen Banana and Fruit Tip!!

A great tip I was given and am now using myself. When freezing bananas:

• Firstly let bananas ripen til they are dark brown but still have a little firmness

• Peel bananas and set into groups of how many you most likely use at one time eg, i use 4 bananas in a smoothie so i divide them into fours.

• In a large airtight container lay a piece of baking paper down. Now this depends upon your container, but I lay four bananas at one end and four at the other. There is room for four in the middle but before I lay them down I place another sheet of baking paper down, then the bananas on top, then place another piece across the middle four.

• Repeat until container is full and you can fit the lid on properly.

• Immediately place in Freezer, usually takes 12-24 hrs for bananas to become completely frozen.

• You now have easy access to small quantities of fruit, without having to hack out the amount of frozen bananas or fruit. Easier and a lot safer, and easy for kids to help themselves to frozen snacks!

• you can use the same method with individual bananas for even more control and easier access.
